Duplex, 2 unit building, usually side by side as opposed to 2-flat which is two units, one on top of other.

Wood Burning Fireplace

Washer/Dryer

Not sure, but Tile and Stainless kitchen

Eat-in Kitchen

3BR-2BA-2 car garage, or 2 floors or????What do these terms mean in apartment hunting?
Newspaper ads sometimes you don't know what they are saying.

A duplex is two unit jointed by a wall to separate them from each other. One family lives on one side, and another family on the other side.

3-2-2 could be a three bedroom, two baths, and a double garage.

WBFP ?

W/D conn - washer and dryer connection inside of the unit.

TS kit or Elk this could be an eat in kitchen

Your best bet would be call them and ask what do these letters meanin the ad.
Duplex is a two-unit building.

3-2-2- is 3 bedrooms, two baths, 2-car garage

W/D conn. is Washer-Dryer hookup

EIK is Eat-in Kitchen

Sorry I don't recognize the others.
