Other than Leupold, what are some of the top of the line rifle scopes for long range hunting?

I want something that won't kill the funds and am a huge Leupold fan. Any other top of the line around the same price range? And how good are Nikon Hunting Scopes?Other than Leupold, what are some of the top of the line rifle scopes for long range hunting?
The Zeiss scopes are the best value for the money, as they are now assembled in the U.S. Their optics are quite as refined as the Swarovski's, but they are now less than half the price. Go to Zeiss' web site and look up the ';Conquest'; series of Zeiss scopes. They run from about $500.00 up.

Hope this helpsOther than Leupold, what are some of the top of the line rifle scopes for long range hunting?
Sightron Big Sky scopes get rave reviews. US made. Solid optics that a lot of serious shooters feel beats out Luepies and slightly cheaper but getting more expensive lately. I almost bought one for my recent rifle purchase but the Luepold came in a little lighter and I like the B%26amp;C reticle for long shots.
if you aren't going to get a leupold, a Simmons 44 Mag Scope will do.

It ain't a Leupold, but neither does it cost like a Leupold.

Doc
I have a nikon pro staff that I am very impressed with. But if you are a big leoupold fan go with what you have confidence in.
nikon has decent optics. Why not a Leupold if you are a fan? look for a used one.
well they will hurt your wallet, but swarovski and zeiss are undeniably the best in the world
I have a weaver grand slam 6-20X40 scope it is great and does not cost too much
Barska and Tasco won't kill your budget for a scope
