In prospective, I would much rather take my chances with a nervous Hunter than I would with a drunk driving politician.
He was hunting on President Bushes ranch near Crawford Texas. That information cannot be validated unless you are a member of a law enforcement organization with valid reason for requesting the state game and fish records.
