Hunting White-Tail Deer in Indiana. What do you do if you spot an Albino deer? Can you legally kill it?

No matter if it is a doe, a button or a buck? And hunting on my property?Hunting White-Tail Deer in Indiana. What do you do if you spot an Albino deer? Can you legally kill it?
In my state they prefer that you do kill albino or piebald deer. The theory is that they are genetically more prone to disease and should be culled from the herd.Hunting White-Tail Deer in Indiana. What do you do if you spot an Albino deer? Can you legally kill it?
No laws against shooting albino deer. But you do have to follow all state laws regarding deer hunting such as having a hunting license and only hunting deer in season.

As a side note, shooting an albino animal of any kind if supposed to be very very bad luck. Best to leave them alone than to try to kill one. Just my opinion.
Didn't find any reference to albino deer in IN regulations. So, I suppose it would be legal. In OK it is illegal. I did find a strange regulation though:

Some illegal rifle cartridges for deer hunting are the .30-30 Winchester, .444 Marlin and .45-70 Govt.

Yes, there was an albino Buck, killed , and the picture was posted on the internet...sorry I didn't keep it. The deer is just a 'freak of nature' and is not protected.
* Only if its in Season, or during Regular Deer Season Only, or unless your State has a Law against shooting Albino Deer.*
Never heard it wasn't legal anywhere and many news items attesting to the taking of albinos.
Never heard it was illegal, but it would be about the dumbest thing you could do.

Do you realize just how rare albino animals are?
i think their protected. check with the dnr in indiana for regulations.
